Meghan 14” shocks and lift 2 people found this helpfulI installed these about a month ago but haven’t had a chance to ride with them on until this week or when a group of my friends and wives to a week to ride skyline drive and a lot of other mountain rides here in Virginia These shocks made a world of difference on the open road and in the mountain turns My wife and I both felt a huge difference over the stock shocks We felt it was well worth the price and the time it took me to install them Thanks DK Customs for the great product and the write ups you post ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Great improvement 0 people found this helpfulThe video for installing was very helpful. Took my first ride yesterday 1/10 since installing my 14 " trike shocks and convertible comfort mounts. I picked curvy and ruff roads to see the difference between new shocks and factory shocks. What a improvement it made in the ride and handling. Glad I made the change.

10,500 miles later 3 people found this helpfulI installed this combination package on my 2023 Triglide. It was a game changer! I was very disappointed with the OEM suspension to say the least. I was ready to trade it back for my 2018 Ultra. But I spent several days on line researching suspension options. Found DKCUSTOMS suspension system on YouTube and the rest is history. I love my Triglide now. I get a big kick out of watching fellow rider's come back after they test ride my Triglide. Their eyes are bugged out and round with amazed dis belief. Especially from their wives or girlfriends. Thanks DK you made my life a little better. I 've been riding for 55 years now. I hope to ride another 50!

Value 0 people found this helpfulHad initial problems with fit, but discovered my custom exhaust was preventing the swing arm from lowering to the right level. Removed and modified the exhaust; the rest was straight forward. Haven't gone for a test ride yet, but very excited after looking at those awful OEMs! Best suggestion: Remove the body first. It makes access much easier. Many thanks to Natalie for her assistance. DK's service is #1.

Rear shock install 1 people found this helpfulInstalled the rear shock kit Saturday morning and I'm very pleased with the results! Raised the rear end up 1/2" and firmer than the factory air shocks. Needed to improve the load handling when riding two up and I feel this modification helped a lot! The only downside is caused by the weird way the shocks mount... you can't take the shocks out without taking the mounting plate off? Bad design Harley! DK kit is awesome with good instructions for installation/tuning.

14" shock & lift kit 0 people found this helpfulWell made & fit great. The shocks & kit wasn't hard to install except the top bolts for the shocks. Definitely took the sag from the rear. A road test this week will be the test.

Fantastic 1 people found this helpfulRode my new 2024 Tri-Glide 1,400 miles with the stock rear suspension and it was just horrible. 13" NexGen shocks and convertible comfort lift made it not only acceptable but a pleasure even on less than good roads. Great product. Thanks DK.

Happy with the ride 3 people found this helpfulI added this to my trike immediately after purchasing, so I do not have a reference point for the stock suspension. But I can tell you the DK set up is very plush and suited for two large riders. The installation can be knuckle buster, but I remove my body tub and it was a piece of cake. The tub is only held on by a few bolts and several wiring harnesses, which are not that hard to remove. I would recommend this to trike rider.

Worth every penny 5 people found this helpful2023 TriGlide Ultra. After researching MANY options I decided to pull the trigger on the "combo" comfort lift and 14" NexGen shocks. The difference in ride comfort and characteristics was incredible. Super smooth and eliminated the side-to-side wobble trikes have over bumps. The steering was also greatly improved. I later added 12" bars and it rides like a Cadillac now. I let a fellow trike owner drive my bike after install and he is adding the comfort lift this winter. Install was straightforward and only took a couple hours. The hardest part was removing the stock bolts as they were powder coated with the frame (great job HD - SMDH). I literally tell anyone who will listen to add this upgrade to their trike. Undoubtedly the best upgrade I've made to any bike. Highly recommend.

The trailer ramp wasn't hardly there 3 people found this helpfulOn a ride at 75-80mph on busy I-17 in AZ, I came upon a trailer ramp in my lane so fast, in my track and it became an "Oh S**t" second we all dread. My right rear tire hit it and I felt very little through the bars and the rest of my Trike, rolling smoothly over it straight ahead. No jolt, no jump, no air, no nothing. I lay this non-incident to 3 things: luck, God, and these DK Nexgen shocks. If I had my stiff, OEM, no-travel stock suspension on, I don't know if the first 2 reasons would have helped. Non-eventful riding? Huge upgrade over stock. Huge!

Added NexGen 14 in combo 1 people found this helpfulAfter a few weeks with talking to a friend who installed these shocks I pulled the trigger and ordered mine. Installed mine with his help. It was an extremely smooth install. After riding with the new DK NexGen 14in shocks on my trike it was like night and day. Smoother, cornered well like riding on rails. These shocks are fantastic and so pleased I have added them to my TriGlide. The quality of the shock sure beats the HD OEM shock !!

GREAT product 2 people found this helpfulWe've been riding the 2020 TriGlide for about a year now with the stock Harley shocks, after the last 1400 mile the wife said by the DK Custom shocks:) I can only parrot what the previous reviews had to say. A great product, if you have not changed out the factory shocks.......you're in for a surprise , find someone who has and get a ride :)

Unbelievable! 2 people found this helpfulI bought a 2023 HD Triglide. I've been riding Harley Davidson for 55 years. I traded in my 2018 Ultra Limited, for my trike. I was blind sided by how bad the trike rode and handled. I spent 3 weeks tweaking the OEM coil over rear suspension system. I got it as good as I could. But it was still awful. I hated to ride it! So after many hours of Youtube videos, research on line. I decided on DK Custom Suspension, front and rear. End result, I absolutely love my Glide now. It actually Glides over the roads. The best money I've ever spent. I went from total dissatisfaction and despair. To elation. I have now put over 3,500 miles on the Glide with the new suspension. I'm still amazed everytime I ride it. Kudos to DK Customs, you really knocked it out of the park.

Big transformation! 2 people found this helpfulNEXGEN 14” shock and comfort lift on my 2019 Tri Glide Ultra. Order took about a week to arrive and I only spent about 3 hours in my garage to install both. The ride improvement was incredible. Wife greatly appreciated the difference and I did as well. Smoothed out most of the bumps we usually encounter and seems like the handling is a bit better also. Highly recommend these for your trike. Now I just need to fix the front shocks.

Huge Improvement 3 people found this helpfulNextgen 14” shocks and comfort lift on 2021 Tri Glide. Massive improvement in ride quality and handling. Hitting gaps in bridges is no only felt at the front (standard forks), the rear is excellent. Steering feels lighter. Passenger noticed a big improvement, no need to grab the handles now. DeWayne is very helpful, answering questions promptly and giving good advice. A pleasure to deal with. You will not regret buying these. Now to get the front sorted.

Impressive 2 people found this helpfulInstalled my combo kit today 14” Nexgen and convertible comfort mount. Install was easy took my time since I was in no hurry. Adjusted the tire pressure to 21 and took it for a ride. Totally different ride handle and feel. Big difference from stock. Will do a complete review after my fall trip from Va. to Maine. That trip should be a good time to see how it really will feel.

Great improved ride. 4 people found this helpfulHad Pro Action shocks on last trike bought a 2023 after 1,500 miles installed the nextgen shocks and comfort kit. So much better love the ride now. I video many of the rides with our group with stock shocks could not use much of the footage because of vibration of the camera. Now it is smooth no vibrating camera.

Awesome feel 0 people found this helpfulI have had my 2023 TriGlide for 7 months now and have almost 5k miles. I finally decided to install the comfort lift and 14" NexGen rear shock kit. Did the work myself. Not terribly hard. Removing the stock ones took the longest. Wow, what a difference in ride quality. I also put 12" Ape hangers bars on. All around completely different feel for the better .

Complete ride Transformation 1 people found this helpfulOrder and receive the Nexgen Shocks & comfort lift in around a week. Video & written instructions combined were easy to follow. I have ridden over 500 mi. and have found the ride to be much more planted to the road. With the air shocks it would either bottom out or be to stiff. These absorb bumps and gaps much better than factory. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

Complete Trike Transformation 1 people found this helpfulI have a 2017 Triglide that came with the worst rear (and front) suspension known to man. Every time my wife and I would ride she would need an adjustment at the chiropractor due to being nearly bounced off the seat on not that severe bumps at moderate speeds. I purchased a set of 14" Nexgen rear shocks, lift kit and Progressive front shocks and the trike is completely transformed to a super comfortable ride. After her first ride she came right out and said it's like a whole different bike; as comfortable as my Road Glide Ultra with Legend Air Suspension. If you are debating whether these shocks will make a difference or are worth the money (as I did), or whether you should pick this product as opposed to other brands, then debate no further. This suspension system is an excellent value and will vastly improve the ride of your HD trike. One further thing the customer service and technical help by DK Customs is as good as it gets. They helped from purchase all the way through install. You won't be disappointed if you buy from them.

Watched the vidio many times and refered to the instruction. Went together just like they everything lined up. Now the ride first test in neiborhood felt like it steered easier coundnt tell how the ride was. than parked and waite for all the snow and storms to quit. Than I went for a real ride slow and fast over different roads. The ride comfort was unbealeavable very smooth all the jarring was gone perfect. The steering was very quick and easy at all speeds. All around huge improvement. worth the money. Bike is a 2021 Tri Glide Ultra. Thankyou DK customs.

Nexgen combo pkg 2 people found this helpfulAbout 6 months ago I purchased and installed the nexgen 14" combo package on a trike. I could feel a big difference in the ride as soon as I installed the pkg. I have now put 4000 miles on the suspension including a 1400 mile round trip to the Rocky Point Rally in Puerto Penasco Mexico. Absolutely love the suspension. I highly recommend the nex gen pkg to anyone riding a trike. The ride and handling are so much better than factory. DK Customs support is excellent as well.

Take the beating out of your Trike 3 people found this helpfulI installed the Nexgen combo kit on my 2020 TriGlide install time was 2 hours taking my time. My bike now is a joy to ride before the new shocks 2 hours was all my back could take now a day run 6~8 hours on the trike is not a problem .. This was by far the BEST upgrade i have done to my TriGlide. Kevin and his crew nailed it on this mod!

Excellent mod 3 people found this helpfulAfter attending DK's Open House in September and discussing Trike suspension mods with Kevin I bought the Nexgen kit for my Tri Glide Ultra. Delivery was prompt and complete. It took me about 5 hours total for the removal of the stock shocks/mounting brackets and the installation of the Nexgen's/comfort lifts. First ride was awesome - a completely different riding experience. The steering took less effort and the trike felt lighter or more nimble. The ride felt like the peaks had been shaved down and the valleys filled resulting in a pleasant and comfortable ride. Worth the money and effort in my opinion.

Should have done it sooner 2 people found this helpfulFirst of all wasn't expecting such quick delivery I ordered them on Sunday and they were on my front porch when I got home Wednesday so 5 star's to DK shipping. Install time 3 hours hardest part was left side dealing with the parking brake cables even after you get the bracket off but that's on Harley. shock's great improvement over stock I was a little surprised with the stock shocks having a oil line connected to them. we went for first ride and what a different ride on a scale of 1 to 10 stock being 0 I put DK shock's 8 I don't believe anything can get a Harley trike to 10 I'm very happy with ride quality now this is our 3rd trike it's a 21 we bought new last September the other 2 trikes had air shocks so I expected better on the 21 since it had coilover but it was just as bad as previous trikes .So hats off to DK for quality and delivery. Really hoping to make the trip from Leavenworth to your open house on the 3rd

Amazing improvement to the ride 1 people found this helpfulInstallation was pretty straight forward if you have any mechanical experience. Worked on it over a few nights after work for total of maybe 3 1/2 or 4 hours. Wife loves the difference these shocks make, smooths out all bumps and dips. Even some of the roughest ones I could find were not bad. I find that our 2017 Triglide steers much better and goes through curves smoother at speeds I wouldn't have tried previously. What a great product, Wish I had pulled trigger on these sooner. Cost seems high until you actually feel the difference, well worth the price. I have my eye on a few other items and cant wait to order them.

My wife said she was done riding with me due to the jarring etc. I have had two back surgeries resulting the purchase of a 2019 Tri Glide.I was growing less and less insterested in abusing my body any furtheralso. I didn't think any shocks would make a significant difference. I have put them on 2 wheelers and never felt enough of an improvement to be overly excited about them.. So we test drove a Cam Am Spyder. The ride was great but eveything else about it was not me. However to save our riding relationship I put a deposit on one to be delivered late summer. We had a trip planned a couple weeks ago to the Blue Ridge area of NC & Va. Just before we left I took an expensive gamble and ordered the Nexgen shock package figuring it would at least improve my vacation experience. Instead of improving the experience, they saved me from the Spyder! My wife & I were imediately amazed at the improvement in ride. After 450 miles of switch backs and rough roads we were in agreement to keep the trike! If you are on the fence about the big investment vs the results, all I can say is just do it!

Awesome 0 people found this helpfulI installed Comfort Lift Kit. It made a world of difference makes the ride 100% more enjoyable for us. Wife is a happy rider no more slapping in the back when we hit a bumper. Only regret is that I didn’t install It sooner. Highly recommend this upgrade

Helped so much 0 people found this helpfulBefore I installed these was like riding in a wagon, solved that problem no more jolting. It's nice and smooth when I hit a bump now. Only thing is now I can feel the problems with front end now so will have to beg it up. Wish harley would have done this in first place especially on a cvo.

nexgen 14" combo package 2 people found this helpfulRuptured a disc in my lower back last year. so back is very tender can't take too much pounding. Purchased a new 2021 Triglide Ultra. Ride was hard enough it still jarred my back. installed Nexgen 14" combo package. Unbelievable difference. The trike is very smooth handles much better. stopped all the rocking and bouncing from the rear end. Corners much better feeels more stable i highly recommend this package to all trike owners. Ready for all day riding again Kudos to DK customs

Dolphin smooth 1 people found this helpfulGot my trike back today. Had a serious 40k service and inspection done ahead of a planned week long road trip. Had the Nex Gen 14” shocks and comfort lift installed during this as well. Holy hell what a difference. Spots on my route home that can make my back pop weren’t even felt. It’s like a Cadillac now, dolphin smooth, and will only get better once my fronts come in next month. I’m looking forward to the road trip even more now and so is my wife. She will go to sleep for sure now. Lol. Thanks to all the people at DK Customs.

Really smooths out the ride 1 people found this helpfulJust put these on a few days ago and I am impressed with how much they have smoothed out the annoying sharp bumps on the ride to work this morning. The smaller bumps are all but gone and the sharper ones were just a minor annoyance. Going through curve there is less lean. Overall a great improvement I wish I had done a lot sooner!!!

Love so far 1 people found this helpfulI ride 2 up most of the time and we would tend to bottom out with factory air shocks, these shocks provide and smoother ride and no bottom out yet. I have only made a shoe ride yet because of Minnesota cold, our roads are really in bad shape now and the TG rides pretty darn good. I had previously installed a lift witch was great for handling so this did not change the handling . Only regret is not buying sooner
