IAS Inside. Inertia Active Suspension is a patented technology. These NEXGEN™ Shocks dynamically adjust rebound damping, resulting in improved riding comfort & control.
This is achieved via a motion sensing valve in the shock body that dynamically adjusts the rebound damping to be ideal for both dips and bumps.

Even though these are the factory Length of 13", they have an innovative 4" of Travel, PLUS Dynamic Auto-Adjusting Damping!
DK Custom Products has been at the forefront of developing suspension solutions for Harley Trikes. We were the first to come up with the idea of a 14" shock for the additional travel on HD Trikes, and NOW we have developed a way to Get the Same 4" of Travel from an OEM length 13" shock!
MORE About The Patented IAS Technology: Normally shocks have 1 circuit for for compression & rebound damping. Within this damping circuit are "shim stacks" that provide pressure sensitive adjustment to the damping. Because it is one circuit for both, it is always a compromise.
These shocks have TWO Completely different circuits (valving) for Dynamic auto-adjusting rebound damping.
By having one pressure sensitive circuit for bumps in the road, and Another damping circuit for dips in the road, the damping works exceptionally well. Each damping circuit is set up to optimally, and automatically adjust the damping to the road surfaces, acceleration, braking, load (weight) on the Trike.
- With 4" of Travel, afforded by these Shocks, the ability to eat up small and large irregularities, turning the harshest jolt into a smooth dip is a joy to ride.
- No More Having to Adjust the Damping for different conditions, They Dynamically adjust for load and road conditions.
- These Trike Series Shocks™ are 13 inches tall and can be used With or Without the DK Custom Convertible Comfort™ Lift brackets.
- When you order you will be asked some easy questions. Your answers give us the information needed to use the correct spring rate for your shocks, as well as giving us the info needed to adjust the shocks for you. This way when you receive the shocks they are already set-up for you. Simply bolt them on and ride!

Fits all 2009-Up Harley-Davidson Trikes (Tri Glide, Freewheeler, Road Glide 3, FLHXXX)
These are OEM Length of 13" and can be run WITH or WITHOUT the Convertible Comfort Lift™ Kit!

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE: The 13" NexGen™ Trike Series Shocks, along with the Convertible Comfort Lift™ (or other brand lift kits) are the preferred installation on 2017 & up Harley Trikes. You can see them at this LINK.
Attention 2019 - UP HD Trikes:
These model years are already as high in the rear as they can go. A Lift Kit will Not make them ride higher.
This is because the OEM shocks have no sag in them.
When switching to a quality shock, like the NexGen 13" w/ a Convertible Comfort Lift, they will sit at the same, or a bit higher than OEM when no one is sitting on them.
However, once the rider, passenger & luggage are on the Trike, they will sit a little lower than OEM.
This is because the OEM shocks are too stiff.

Limited Life Time Warranty Details:
For the original purchaser of the shocks
Does not cover accidents, fire, environmental catastrophes (submerged in a flood, etc.)
Does not cover if the shocks were abused (overloading them), improper installation
If they are installed properly, not overloaded, not damaged by some external force, then they are Lifetime shocks for the original purchaser....if they wear out, they will be rebuilt/replaced at no charge.
