Email Harassment 0 people found this helpfulI've had the shocks for 1 week and you've sent me 10 requests for a review. Harassment! No one owes you a review for doing your job! 1 The bushing for the mounting holes are as cheaply made as possible! 2 your tech department told me these shocks are a direct fit on a Dyna No bushings/ spacers required.! She was wrong! 3 it's January, it's 30 degrees outside. I've only ridden the bike a few miles. So far, its ok - more adjustment is needed. Here is what you asked for 10 times! Remember you asked !

“When installing the twin adjustable shocks on a 2012 Dyna, do you reuse the washer that goes behind the upper nut that holds the shock on? I used the larger spacers behind the shocks and the thin ones in the front of the shocks.”

You will not need to reuse that stock washer since you have the spacers in place.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.”
This response was accurate and intended to provide the precise guidance requested. While we are always willing to take responsibility if a mistake occurs, in this case, our response was correct and based on the information you provided.
As for concerns about unwanted emails, our system is set to send only one reminder 20 days after purchase to encourage reviews. As someone who relies on reviews myself, I understand their importance, but we never intend to send more than one prompt. If there was a system glitch, having those emails would help us investigate and ensure it doesn’t happen again for you or any other customers. Great Shocks 0 people found this helpfulOrdered them on a Sunday night, Tuesday they were at my door. They fit the bike perfectly and required no further adjustments. They have improved my ride from stock shocks. Happy with purchase.

I put 13” on my DYNA, which is 1” over stock, and it’s like a new ride. They’re easy to fine tune and the quality and price is great. Highly recommended.
