The K&N Drycharger® is a silicone treated, polyester wrap that is made to cover K&N Air Filters or Personal Watercraft Flame Arrestors. These Drychargers, which are similar to the K&N Prechargers, contain uniform micron sized openings that allow high air flow. Yet, due to the Drychargers silicone treated polyester wrap, the amount of water that reaches the air filter or flame arrestor is limited.

A Little Better 0 people found this helpfulThis is my second rain sock as the first one would not wrap completely around the back of the filter. This rain sock barely fits around the back of the filter. Seems like they could use another 1/2" at the back so the sock doesn't slip off the edge, I put a ty-wrap back on to help hold it in place.

Excellent add to my AF 0 people found this helpfulVery snug, high quality, and front end is closed to prevent slides and blowouts. A must for open intakes to keep dry as well to keep dust from pilling up in the filter wedges which is a pain to get out between services/recharges. Not sure why K&N call it recharging, just using their terms here.
