Installed on 2024 SG w/ Tab zombie exhaust 0 people found this helpfulEasy install with the long thread. Took about 30 min. Removed the exhaust tips to drill out the hole. Great sound with a deeper tone. Did not notice a decrease in volume.

Install in 2026 SG3 Trike w/Kustom Krome exhaust 0 people found this helpfulNo issues with the Thunder Torque Inserts. Install in 2026 SG3 without taken mufflers off. Only issue was drilling out nut for the install. Trikes sits low. Did not reduce the volume, made a deeper tone. Sounds great.

Works as advertised! 0 people found this helpfulI have a Tri Glide Ultra. I put on a Cobra Head Pipe with 4 inch Reinhart Slip with the baffles removed. Pretty loud but not that bad. The bike runs great. I was curious about these so I ordered a pair. After getting them and talking to customer service I had to exchange them the the long bolt one because I was putting them in the end cap of the Reinhart. Got them installed and went for a nice ride in the country through some small Iowa towns. Speed limit through most of these small towns is 35 mph or 30 mph. Before these inserts I usually shifted down to 5th or even 4th gear to obtain the speed limit. I was amazed that I could remain in 6th gear even at 30 mph. Amazing difference in low end grunt! Worth every penny. Only downside was I have about 36 dollars in shipping for a $58 part after having to exchange them out for the longer bolt version. But still a great performance upgrade for not much money!

The Solution For Super E flat spots 0 people found this helpfulInstalled S&S T111 with DTT ignition and Super E Carburetor. After adding a Yost Power Tube and perfectly jetting the Carburetor, tuning the ignition module per S&S specifications, the bike just had an extremely flat spot around 2500 RPM. INSTALLED THE THUNDER TORQUE INSERTS and voila, she screans like a banshee. Hind sight is always 20/20. Moving forward, Thunder Torque Inserts will be the first exhaust tune I add.
