Benefits of Floorboard Extensions are:
-More comfortable/natural sitting position
-Use entire floorboard, not just the outside half
-Less felt heat by getting legs/boots away from exhaust
Extending the floorboards outward gets them away from the exhaust pipes and engine. This is a much more comfortable ride
because you feel less of that heat. These do not require any modification to the bike, or changes to the brake or shift levers.
When you extend your floorboards outwards, there is now room to use the entire floorboard, not just the outside half.
Once you ride with them, you will be surprised how cramped you feel on bikes with OEM placement of floorboards right next to
the motor.
