Raising your bars and tilting them back slightly can relieve the strain in your shoulders and back from the forward leaning position.
Whether you're wanting a taller look, needing more clearance, or wanting more comfort in the shoulders and back, these Stealth Riser Extensions are Easy & Economical!
These STEALTH RISER EXTENSIONS will raise your handlebars up an additional 1 Inch.
They are 1.5 inches in diameter, they will fit "fat" risers found on many Softails and Dynas.
Simply measure the outside diameter of the riser below your handlebar clamp, if it is 1.25" - 1.5", these will fit.
The Fat Stealth Riser Extensions are also available in 2" and 3" heights.
FITMENT NOTES:
The 1" Stealth Riser Extensions come with 3.5" long Grade 8 Bolts
Most stock bikes can be raised at least 1.5" without needing to replace cables, brake lines & wiring...HOWEVER some can go higher. Check how much slack you have. Pictured is a 2016 Low Rider S with stock cables and wiring with 3" Fat Riser Extensions.

They work great and easy to install by yourself 2 people found this helpfulAmazing how this 1” extension put my 2016 FXDWG bars at the right spot. I had to unclip ABS line from frame, it was tight otherwise. Solo install was simple. Pull one bolt and slightly thread in longer one. Pull other bolt, lift bars up, install that side loose. Now unthread first long bolt and install that side. Tighten both sides and check everything.

Cheapest way to raise the bars 1 people found this helpfulI bought these to see if it was enough. 1 inch is as far as you can go with this Fatboy S. The upper ABS brake line is as far as I would go with stock line. They do not match up with the Riser bases very well. But if your risers are round like these spacers it would be just fine. I ordered new street slammer bars and line for it. These spacers do not look right with these risers. If you don't care to much on how they look, they work well.

I'm pushing retirement age, my back and shoulders don't hurt after a 4hr. ride anymore!! should've done it when my bike was new!! and it was scratch and dent sale!! Bang for the Buck. Aloha
